What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level reception support in a busy emergency and specialty hospital
- Greet clients, check in patients, and manage front desk flow during overnight hours
- Answer phones and support client communication with professionalism and empathy
- Absorb and relay information to medical teams to support patient care and workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation and front desk processes during high-stress periods
- Help create a calm, organized, and supportive experience for clients during urgent situations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous/current veterinary receptionist experience required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-emotion emergency environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate presence
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and computer skills
- Positive, energetic, and willing to jump in where needed

Shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends
Pay
Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For Example Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift DifferentialSat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift DifferentialSat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential
