Role: Front Desk Receptionist / Client Service Representative
Status: Part-time
Schedule: Weekday availability required; rotating Saturdays (8 am - 1 pm)
Requirements
Prior customer service experience required; veterinary experience preferred but not required

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
- Manage client communications with care and attention to detail
- Review invoices and collect payments
- Help clients understand hospital policies, services, and follow-up care instructions
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support the medical team by helping keep daily workflows organized
- Handle busy situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Create positive first and last impressions for every client visit
