Veterinary Receptionist
About the role
Shoreline Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our incredible team. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage the flow of appointments
- Provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients
- Process financial transactions
- Answer inquiries
- Provide essential information about the services we provide
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Excellent communication
- Managing multiple phone lines

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
Compensation: $18-19 per hour, for each hour worked*
Schedule
- Part-time position, with availability needed Monday and Tuesday 8:30am-6pm and every other Saturday from 9am-1pm
