Role: Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Specialist
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday - subject to change with needs of the clinic. (Full Time)

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and support efficient daily workflow
• Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team
• Aid in client education and hospital communications
• Maintain accurate records and support front desk operations
• Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every client and patient
• Support hospital efficiency through teamwork and collaboration
