Animal Dermatology Clinic - Grapevine is seeking a full-time Receptionist (5/8 schedule).

About the Role

As a Receptionist at Animal Dermatology Clinic - Grapevine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. You will be responsible for managing high call volumes, maintaining patient and client records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1 year of veterinary experience OR 1 year of customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
