Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
- Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate client records.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Cook up with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client communication and patient care.
- Aid with administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the practice.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with veterinary services is a plus but not required.
- Must be available on Saturday.
