Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
  • Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Cook up with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client communication and patient care.
  • Aid with administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with veterinary services is a plus but not required.
  • Must be available on Saturday.
