About the role

We are a full-service veterinary clinic deeply rooted in the Richmond Hill community since 2015. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care and support our team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services.
• Embody compassion and empathy, being a calming presence for clients and treating each pet like your own.

Requirements

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passionate about veterinary medicine and animal welfare.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
