About the role
We are seeking dedicated receptionists who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a genuine love for animals. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care. You will also manage appointment schedules, handle financial transactions, and educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred
- A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays
