What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow
- Check patients in and out
- Support client communication and education
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support patient care
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front desk
- Help create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors

Pay & Schedule
This is a part-time to ¾ time position with a flexible 4-day work week. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
