Veterinary Practice Manager

About the role

North Oatland Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
• Manage Clinic operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.
• Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting.
• Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system, ImproMed.

Pay

Salary: $70K-$90K dependent on skills and experience

Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
