Veterinary Oncologist

About the role

BluePearl Langhorne is seeking a full-time, boarded or residency-trained Veterinary Oncologist to join their collaborative and highly respected multi-specialty team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other specialists in a shared case management model
• Participate in daily hospital-wide rounds and shared case discussions
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging techniques
• Provide comprehensive oncological care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the team through continuing education

Requirements

• Board certification or completion of a residency program in veterinary oncology
• Experience in treating a variety of oncological cases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania
• Passing scores on the AVMA Council on Veterinary Medical Accreditation (CVMA) examination
