Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support hospital team members
- Aid in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Address staff concerns and facilitate conflict resolution
- Promote accountability, engagement, and professional development
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Oversee daily hospital operations and workflow
- Manage the appointment calendar to optimize efficiency and client access
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies
- Complete daily deposits and other administrative duties
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Resolve complaints and service issues with empathy and professionalism
- Support the team in maintaining strong client relationships
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ensure hospital records and processes meet company standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals
Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service background
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
Qualifications
- Veterinary, medical, or healthcare management experience (preferred)
- Experience with inventory management and financial reconciliation
- Human resources or employee relations experience
