Join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to our furry friends. Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty & Emergency (AVSE) is seeking a full-time Veterinary Internist to support our growing caseload.

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning and execution for complex medical cases
• Leading complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Mentoring and collaborating with veterinary technicians and other team members
• Collaborating with the Medical Director and Ethos Veterinary Health for comprehensive patient care
• Communicating effectively with pet owners and their families

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in internal medicine
• Experience with advanced diagnostic techniques and treatments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an ACVIM accredited program
• ACVIM certification in Internal Medicine preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Passion for animal welfare and client-centered care
