Description Eye Care for Animals is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. As part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community, this position plays a key role in guiding clients through their pet’s specialty eye care journey.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate referrals and schedule ophthalmology appointments
- Communicate next steps with clients with clarity and compassion
- Support patient check-ins, discharges, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish
