Description
The Animal Care Center is seeking a Full-time Client Service Representative to join our team! Our Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated
- Works well on a team
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Possesses superior customer service skills
- Loves pets and their people
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Basic math and writing skills
Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants and the clients
- Providing top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs
- Answering and triaging phone calls from clients
- Scheduling appointments and procedures, monitoring client flow from check-in to check-out
- Discharging patients
- Managing records and medication refill requests, client education
- Aiding in keeping our hospital clean
