Veterinary Cardiologist

About the role

Bellevue Emergency Veterinary & Specialty (BVES) is seeking a full-time board-certified or board eligible Cardiologist to join their team in Bellevue, Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiology services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiac conditions in veterinary patients.
• Collaborate with other specialists and emergency veterinarians to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in daily case rounds and ongoing professional development activities.
• Contribute to the hospital's culture of excellence through collaboration and community outreach.

Requirements

• Board certification or board eligibility in veterinary cardiology.
• Experience in emergency and specialty veterinary practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an ACVIM accredited program.
• Current AVMA accreditation.

Skills

• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of cardiology.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
