About the role
Bellevue Emergency Veterinary & Specialty (BVES) is looking to welcome a full-time board-certified or board eligible Cardiologist to our Specialty and Emergency Hospital in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We provide referral and emergency services to much of the Bellevue/Seattle area.
Specialty team
Our specialties include 2 Surgeons, 2 Internists, 3 Medical Oncologists, 1 Cardiologist, 2 part time Radiologists and an in-house Clinical Pathologist. The fully equipped and staffed ER and ICU will help you to manage all your cases to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Manage cardiology cases to the highest standard using fully equipped diagnostic laboratory, digital radiography, advanced CT imaging, ultrasound, and endoscopy services
- Participate in daily case rounds and regular continuing education offerings
- Collaborate with specialty and emergency colleagues in a culture focused on learning and development
- Promote and maintain an outstanding hospital culture
- Engage in community outreach
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist
- Collaborative and self-motivated
- Enjoys community outreach and willing to promote and maintain outstanding hospital culture
