Veterinary Cardiologist

About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Golden Valley, Minnesota is seeking a full-time boarded or residency-trained Veterinary Cardiologist to join our multi-disciplinary referral/ emergency hospital that has two multi-disciplinary centers in the Minneapolis-St Paul metropolitan area.

Requirements

• Board-certified or residency-trained veterinary cardiologist required.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong academic background in veterinary cardiology.
• Experience in performing advanced cardiac procedures is preferred.
• Knowledge of current veterinary cardiology literature and techniques.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Proficiency in echocardiography and other diagnostic imaging techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
