Veterinary Assistant & Client Service Coordinator

The Role

This is a dual-position role that blends clinical support with client service.

• Assist our technicians and doctors with patient care, low stress handling, exam room preparation, laboratory support, treatment area organization, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Welcome clients, coordinate appointments, support phone and text communication, and help guide clients through their visit with clarity and warmth.

• Have prior veterinary assistant or client service experience
• Communicate clearly and kindly
• Stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy interacting with people as much as caring for animals

• Fear Free handling experience is a plus
