We're looking for an Assistant Business Manager to join our Overland Park Pet Care Center! This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career by combining hands-on patient care with operational leadership. As an Assistant Business Manager, you'll play a critical role in the success of the Pet Care Center by supporting daily operations, coaching and developing teammates, driving clinic performance, and serving as the on-site leader when the Business Manager is away. At the same time, you'll continue working alongside the medical team, delivering excellent patient care and leading by example on the clinic floor.
