Veterinarian - Radiologist

About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Renton, Washington, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Radiologist to join our growing and collaborative specialty and emergency team.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced equipment such as a 64-slice Aquilion CT, digital radiography, ultrasound, and contrast radiology.
• Interpret radiographic images and collaborate with internal medicine, surgery, and emergency care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Contribute to the expansion of the radiology service to meet strong regional demand.
• Provide consultation and guidance to other veterinarians and support staff on radiological techniques and interpretation.

Requirements

• Board-certification or completion of a residency program in veterinary radiology.
• Experience with advanced imaging technologies and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Current AVMA accreditation.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
• Current AVMA accreditation.

Skills

• Proficiency in interpreting and reporting radiographic images.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

$252,000–$295,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate clinical needs.
