Veterinarian - Radiologist

About the role

This position is for a board certified or board eligible residency trained Radiologist to join our dedicated team at BluePearl Savannah hospital. The hospital operates 24/7 and is conveniently located within the city.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using digital radiography, ultrasonography, CT, and MRI
• Interpret imaging studies and collaborate with referring veterinarians and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
• Participate in staff meetings and departmental committees
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development activities

Requirements

• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Georgia
• Completion of an accredited veterinary radiology residency program
• Experience in interpreting and reporting on various imaging modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
• Board certification in veterinary radiology preferred
