Veterinarian - Radiologist

About the role

The state-of-the-art 9,000-square-foot facility in Conshohocken is equipped with a Toshiba 64-slice CT scanner, fluoroscopy C-arm, laparoscopic, thorascopic and arthroscopic towers. The Levittown hospital is equipped with MRI, I-131 and radiation therapy. The region has a patient and equipment transfer vehicle that operates between all locations.

Responsibilities

• Improve coverage across the week with our other full-time radiologist
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including a Toshiba 64-slice CT scanner, fluoroscopy C-arm, laparoscopic, thorascopic and arthroscopic towers
• Collaborate with a supportive network of specialists, technicians, and a local operations management team
• Foster relationships with referring primary care veterinarians through a robust continuing education program
• Lead with integrity in all interactions with pDVMs, clients, and associates

Requirements

• Board certification in veterinary radiology
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Pennsylvania
