Role: Medical Lead Veterinarian at a full-service animal hospital. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, integrative care for dogs and cats, including wellness, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, and diagnostics.Incorporate holistic therapies aligned with a Fear Free, whole-pet philosophy.Lead and mentor clinicians and technicians, overseeing medical protocols and ensuring best practices.Collaborate on complex cases and participate in case review sessions.Build lasting client relationships through education and clear communication.Contribute to continual learning within a mission-driven team. Qualifications & Skills Veterinary degree and licensure.Experience in small animal medicine, surgery, and diagnostics.Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.Knowledge of holistic therapies and Fear Free practices is preferred.Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, integrative veterinary care.
