Veterinarian - Medical Lead

We are seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian to oversee clinical excellence, mentor associate veterinarians, and foster a collaborative team environment in a high-quality, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital. Responsibilities include Leading and coaching the veterinary team to ensure top standards in medicine and client service.Practicing and modeling exceptional medical care across diagnostics, surgery, and preventative medicine.Partnering with management to improve hospital performance, compliance, and operational goals.Leading medical meetings, supervising externship and mentorship programs, and promoting staff growth.Representing the hospital within the community through engagement and outreach activities. Qualifications Include Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and valid state license.At least 2 years of clinical experience.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn hospital management and contribute to a growth-oriented culture.
