Responsibilities
- Mentor and manage associate veterinarians

- Partner with the Practice Manager to improve hospital performance and compliance
- Lead growth initiatives through meetings, mentorship, and recruitment
- Serve as a community ambassador to promote the hospital’s mission
Requirements
- DVM degree
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of hospital management and financial aspects (or willingness to learn)
