Veterinarian - GP + Urgent Care

About the Role

Companion Animal Hospital is a well-established small animal and exotic animal practice providing comprehensive care to the Selinsgrove and surrounding communities. Our team of 4 full-time veterinarians practices a wide scope of medicine, from wellness and preventive care to diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care visits. We are AAHA-accredited, Fear Free, and Cat Friendly, with a workflow designed for efficient, high-quality medicine.

We are seeking an associate veterinarian to join our growing team. Whether you are a seasoned veterinarian or a new graduate seeking mentorship, we offer a supportive environment where you can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness and preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care for small animals and exotics.
• Utilize in-house capabilities including full labs, digital radiography, dental radiographs, ultrasound, and a dedicated surgery suite.
• Collaborate with a team of veterinarians and technicians in a shared doctor’s office space for case discussions and peer learning.
• Participate in a paper-light practice with customized Cornerstone software.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Experience or interest in small animal and exotic medicine.
• New graduates and experienced veterinarians are welcome.
