The state-of-the-art facility offers everything needed for high-level medicine, including a supportive team of technicians, assistants, and a client liaison. Boarded specialists in various fields, including Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Avian/Exotics, and Critical Care, along with a skilled primary care team, are available. Pieper prioritizes a doctor-led, medicine-first approach and offers equity options to veterinarians. They also emphasize an integrated veterinary system and provide educational opportunities through partnerships with local colleges and hospitals.
