About the role

Responsible for providing medical care to animals in urgent situations. May include emergency surgeries, vaccinations, and routine check-ups. Works closely with animal owners to ensure their pets receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of sick and injured animals
• Performing surgical procedures under anesthesia
• Administering medications and treatments
• Assisting with animal boarding and grooming services
• Communicating with animal owners about treatment plans and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine
• Experience in emergency and critical care
• Strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Skills

• Proficient in using veterinary software
• Knowledge of animal behavior and nutrition
