About the Role

Our BluePearl hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Board-Certified Critical Care Specialist or individual who is residency-trained in Emergency and Critical Care to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 nursing care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, oncology, neurology, ophthalmology, radiology, and acupuncture & integrative medicine services.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic technology including a 64-slice CT scanner, 1.5T MRI, and digital radiology.
• Offer low-stress handling techniques to promote calmness and comfort for patients.
• Collaborate with a team of veterinarians to ensure comprehensive care for pets.

Requirements

• Board-Certified Critical Care Specialist or residency-trained in Emergency and Critical Care.
• Experience in providing high-quality veterinary care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Michigan.
