Veterinarian Criticalist

About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Tukwila, WA is seeking a full-time, board certified/eligible or residency-trained Critical Care Veterinarian to join our practice. We are a collaborative hospital and are looking for someone who is interested in working as a team with our other specialists and ER doctors to provide the best medicine to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other specialists and ER doctors to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency and critical care services.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including a 64 Slice Aquillion CT.
• Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a blood bank, hemodialysis, digital radiography, ultrasound, and contrast radiology procedures.
• Contribute to the development of new skills and advancement within the organization.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible or residency-trained in Critical Care.
• Experience in emergency and critical care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited school.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Washington.
• Passing scores on the AVMA accreditation exam.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $187,000 to $245,000. Additionally, you may be eligible to earn certain production as determined in accordance with company policy.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with 24/7 coverage required.
