Responsibilities
- Assist veterans in navigating the VA benefits process
- Handle intake calls and emails from veterans seeking assistance
- Provide initial guidance and referrals to appropriate resources
- Document intake interactions and maintain records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working with veterans or knowledge of VA benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to serving veterans
