Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking passionate clinicians who are committed to increasing access to high-quality mental health care for veterans, active-duty service members, military families, and first responders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with high-acuity trauma, understands the unique needs and culture of these populations, and is motivated to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to those who serve our communities and country.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field (from an accredited institution)
- Pre-licensed candidates: LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates, must have at least 2 years of experience and be within 6 months of full licensure
- Fully licensed candidates: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (with or without an existing caseload)
- 1–2 years of experience working with veterans and/or first responders
- Training in trauma-focused interventions (basic + advanced), such as: EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, ART
Preferred Certifications / Experience
- Advanced trauma training
- Experience treating PTSD and crisis response
- Additional evidence-based training (CPT, EMDR, TF-CBT, ART)
- Military Cultural Competency coursework (completed or willingness to complete)
Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians)
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
- Complete documentation according to company standards
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainings
