Responsibilities
Develop and deliver clinical services tailored to military and first responder populations, including families and spouses.
Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans.
Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians).
Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services.
Complete documentation according to company standards.
Care for and coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports.
Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainings.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field (from an accredited institution)
- Pre-licensed candidates: LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates - Must have at least 2 years of experience and be within 6 months of full licensure
- Fully licensed candidates: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (with or without an existing caseload)
- 1–2 years of experience working with veterans and/or first responders
- Training in trauma-focused interventions (basic + advanced), such as:
- EMDR
- CPT
- TFCBT
- ART
- Ability to develop and deliver clinical services tailored to military and first responder populations, including families and spouses
- Advanced trauma training
- Experience treating PTSD and crisis response
- Additional evidence-based training (CPT, EMDR, TF-CBT, ART)
- Military Cultural Competency coursework (completed or willingness to complete)
