Veteran/First Responder Licensed Therapist

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical services tailored to military and first responder populations, including families and spouses
• Train in trauma-focused interventions such as EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, and ART
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions/week
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field (from an accredited institution)
• Pre-licensed candidates: LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates - Must have at least 2 years of experience and be within 6 months of full licensure
• Fully licensed candidates: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (with or without an existing caseload)
• Experience working with veterans and/or first responders
• Advanced trauma training
• Experience treating PTSD and crisis response
• Additional evidence-based training (CPT, EMDR, TF-CBT, ART)
• Military Cultural Competency coursework (completed or willingness to complete)
