About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (Verzorgende IG) at Zorgvilla Steinenburgh in De Bilt, you will be co-responsible for the care of our residents, with a focus on dementia care. You will work in a close-knit, collaborative team within a small-scale organization that values your input and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Develop and maintain Care Living Plans (Zorgleefplan)
• Participate in activities with residents
• Contribute to the quality of well-being and care within our care homes

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (Verzorgende IG) qualification
• Affinity for elderly care, particularly dementia care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Willingness to contribute ideas and help shape the organization
