About the role

The Vertical Digital Marketing Specialist role focuses on digital programs for priority vertical markets: Education, Government, and Healthcare. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will serve as the primary engine for vertical execution, combining high-volume program management with tactical campaign support.

Responsibilities

  • Vertical Digital Program Management & Execution (80%):
    • Program Execution: Execute digital marketing programs for Education, Government, and Healthcare verticals, supporting business objectives and market opportunities
    • Digital Activation: Lead the technical setup, trafficking, and launch coordination for all vertical-specific digital programs
    • Channel Management: Implement and manage digital campaigns across paid media, email marketing, and content syndication for each vertical audience
    • Search Visibility (AEO/SEO): Collaborate with content teams to implement Answer Engine Optimization and SEO tactics to ensure high visibility for vertical keywords
    • Share of Search: Work with the Verticals team and external agency to manage the reporting and the Logitech Share of Search as it relates to verticals
    • Budget Tracking: Monitor vertical-specific digital marketing spend across all channels and campaigns to ensure accurate allocation and financial reporting
    • Vendor Liaison: Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies, ensuring creative assets and campaign technicals are delivered on schedule
    • Performance Optimization: Track and optimize vertical program performance, implementing improvements to maximize lead generation and conversion rates
    • Technical Troubleshooting: Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure that all tracking pixels, UTMs, and lead-capture integrations function correctly before and after launch
  • Campaign Execution Support (20%):
    • Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Vertical Campaign Manager to ensure digital tactics align with broader integrated marketing strategies
    • Retargeting and Email Campaigns: Execute and optimize retargeting and email campaigns to re-engage prospects and customers across vertical segments
    • Campaign Operations: Support tactical execution of digital campaigns, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and optimization across all touchpoints
    • Creative Coordination: Work with internal creative teams to brief and refine messaging that resonates with Education, Healthcare, and Government target audiences
    • Cross-Functional Reporting: Assist in presenting performance findings and optimization opportunities to verticals and marketing leadership teams through clear, data-driven reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or related industry
  • Proven history of managing paid search, social, and display campaigns
  • Strong AI proficiency is required
  • Experience in marketing to vertical industries (Education, Government, Healthcare) is a major plus
  • Experience with budget management and vendor/agency relationships preferred

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other B2B advertising platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay

An annual salary of typically between $68K and $135K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
