Responsibilities
- Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
- Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology, brands and devices
- Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs
- Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
- Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service
- Selling and servicing all Verizon Wireless products while identifying and acting upon opportunities to up-sell
- Achieving monthly sales goals
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, price plans, promotions, and competitive offers
- Handling service inquiries from customers
Requirements
- Passion for Technology or Helping Customers
- 2-3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience preferred
- High energy level and self motivation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
