Responsibilities
- Provide Point-of-Sale support for the Legends Global Venue.
- Deploy and tear down POS terminals.
- Update sales as needed.
- Administer and internally support the Company’s PCs, printers, and related equipment.
- Perform end user support, PC maintenance, POS maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
- Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
- Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational before and during events.
- Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
- Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakages.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in CAT5/6 crimping in different cable configurations.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Micros POS.
- A minimum of an Associate’s degree.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and timely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective oral presentation and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including operating systems and office systems.
- Ability to be on feet and walk long distances.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, complete company-wide safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training.
