Venue Leader

About the role

The Venue Leader will oversee daily operations at one of our locations, leading a team, driving guest experience, supporting local marketing and sales efforts, and ensuring strong financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily venue operations
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure smooth, safe, five star guest experiences
• Cover solo shifts within a lean labor model
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and operational budgets
• Track KPIs like revenue, guest satisfaction, and labor costs
• Support local marketing, sales outreach, and community events
• Drive sales onsite and via inbound event inquiries
• Work with central team partners in Tech, HR, and Marketing

Requirements

• Two or more years as a GM or site leader in hospitality, retail, or entertainment
• Hands on leadership style and guest first mindset
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, managing a P&L, and POS systems

Pay

$58,000 to $65,000 annual salary with an up to 10% annual performance incentive.

Schedule

All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period during which performance, reliability, and team fit will be assessed to determine continued employment.
