What You’ll Do

• Support day-of event operations at multiple venues across the metro area
• Cook up-to-date with Venue Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure every detail is in place
• Aid in setup, teardown, and venue closing procedures
• Greet and direct guests, answering questions and offering top-tier customer service
• Help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so clients can enjoy their big moments

What We’re Looking For

• A strong communicator and proactive problem-solver
• A friendly, professional, and customer-service focused individual
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and manage multiple tasks on the fly
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy event schedules
• Previous hospitality, event, or service industry experience is a plus
