About the Role

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, passionate, and authentic individuals to join our team at Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa. You will facilitate food and beverage service to guests in an expedient, professional, and courteous manner at the main Pool Bar.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the scheduled start time in appropriate uniform, neat and pressed, ready for work.
• Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform the job, including all side-work.
• Know all menus and assist servers with orders and food delivery.
• Serve guests according to established standards.
• Keep workstation clean at all times.
• Read all memos and maintain a positive, professional attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Operate InfoGenesis proficiently.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager before ending your work shift.
• Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the resort at all times.
• Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Know the resort layout and work efficiently as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
