About the Role

Facilitate food and beverage service to each guest in an expedient, professional, and courteous manner for the main Pool Bar at Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa. Join a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive team in delivering extraordinary experiences for guests and team members, all while enjoying one of the best views you’ll ever find.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the scheduled start time in appropriate uniform (neat and pressed) and ready for work.
• Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform the job, including all side-work.
• Know all menus and assist servers with orders and food delivery.
• Serve guests according to established standards.
• Maintain a clean workstation at all times.
• Read and adhere to all memos.
• Operate InfoGenesis proficiently.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager before ending your work shift.
• Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the resort at all times.
• Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Know the resort layout and work efficiently as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
