Vendor Relationship Analyst

Classification: Contract (6 months) | Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

About the role

The Vendor Relationship Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of the vendor strategy by managing day-to-day coordination with labor vendors across business units.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective engagement (SOWs, global vendor coordination)
• Perform data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel and visualization platforms
• Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities in an evolving environment
• Build strong relationships with leaders, Finance & Accounting (F&A), and vendors
• Drive performance insights and reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and reporting skills
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Assertive communicator with strong relationship-building ability
