Key Responsibilities
- Support the Purchasing Manager in qualifying and maintaining all current vendors
- Qualify new vendors and manage annual vendor qualification renewals
- Enter, update, and maintain vendor information and documentation within SAP
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of vendor performance ratings
- Participate in quarterly vendor review meetings with division directors and update vendor ratings accordingly
- Manage vendors related to corporate office supplies and shipping services
- Act as the main point of contact for vendor account representatives regarding operational issues, contract updates, pricing changes, and service matters
- Maintain purchasing budgets and track overall spend related to office supplies and shipping
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
- SAP experience preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
Pay
Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (Final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)
