Vendor Coordinator

Sight Sea Travel is looking for a Vendor Coordinator to support vacation planning, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer service, and itinerary support. This position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vendor contact, service, document, status, and follow-up information.
• Coordinate routine requests, quotes, documents, approvals, schedules, or service updates with vendors.
• Track pending vendor actions, deadlines, renewals, missing documents, and unresolved issues across vacation planning and reservations.
• Prepare vendor summaries, comparison files, status reports, or supporting documentation for the team.
• Route contract, pricing, compliance, or performance issues to the appropriate internal owner.
• Maintain organized vendor files and document key communications and decisions.

Requirements

• Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and recordkeeping skills.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, vendor systems, email, shared documents, and task-management tools.
• Ability to track multiple vendors, deadlines, and open requests accurately.
• Professional written communication and good escalation judgment.
• Strong attention to documentation and confidential business information.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$53,000 - $60,000 per year
