About The Role

As a Vendor Business Associate (or similar title), you will be responsible for monitoring and measuring the profit and loss (P&L) for Nvidia Proviz/Workstation business, responsible for forecasting, inventory analysis, and vendor relationship management, and identify and understand the Vendor's needs and strategic objectives. In this role, you will help drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency by analyzing key performance metrics, supporting forecasting and inventory planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll gain exposure to vendor strategy and build a strong foundation for career growth within product management, vendor management, or sales.

What You'll Do

  • Financial & Business Performance
    • Monitor and analyze P&L performance for assigned vendor lines, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
    • Support the achievement of monthly revenue and gross margin targets (GM% and GM$)
    • Aid in developing forecasts for vendor products and services, improving accuracy and visibility into business performance
  • Inventory & Operational Execution
    • Conduct inventory analysis to optimize product availability and minimize excess or aging stock
    • Serve as a key point of contact for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed
    • Support SKU setup, pricing updates, promotions, and product data maintenance within internal systems
  • Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendor partners, supporting ongoing communication and alignment
    • Collaborate with internal teams-including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain-to support pricing, customer inquiries, and deal execution
    • Aid in vendor negotiations, issue resolution, and execution of vendor programs and initiatives
  • Customer & Internal Support
    • Provide support on pricing, promotions, and product availability inquiries
    • Help ensure a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and customers by delivering accurate and timely information
    • Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales support, product management, or vendor coordination
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems, with the ability to manage data and perform basic analysis
  • Solid understanding of business math, data entry, and reporting accuracy
