Retail Vendor Manager III

About the role

You will manage portions of the category P&L and develop plans that drive revenue and margin improvements for the business.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to research and resolve customer or seller issues
• Build foundational SOPs to streamline and automate communication
• Use data and visualizations to analyze the Client's Resale business
• Summarize insights in support of weekly and monthly business reviews

Requirements

• 3 years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Academic projects or internship experience in data analysis, supply chain, or procurement
• Experience with financial analysis
• Experience with SQL
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Knowledge of reverse logistics or recommence operations
