Vehicle Sales Manager Trainee

About the role

The Vehicles Sales Management Trainee position is designed to provide general Vehicle Sales training, with specific training in Rental, Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales & Marketing. Candidates must be willing to relocate within their geographic territory at the end of the program.

Responsibilities

• Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a specific territory while using aggressive telephone marketing skills.
• Maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention and keep current on market and customer trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
• Support the Vehicle Sales Managers in achieving all location sales quotas, goals, and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years or more of experience in customer service with issues resolution required.
• Two (2) years or more of sales experience preferred.
• Travel: 0-10%
