Vehicle Patrol Security Guard

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking experienced, detail-driven security professionals who take pride in vigilance, presentation, performance, and leadership.

About the role

As a Vehicle Patrol Security Guard, you'll conduct vehicle patrols across multiple sites, perform proactive loss prevention, and maintain a safe environment across your assigned route. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and professionalism while keeping site safety front and center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled vehicle patrols across multiple sites on an assigned route, maintaining a visible and professional presence that deters theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Perform interior and exterior checks at each stop, monitoring site activity and identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Enforce site policies and access control procedures with confidence and composure across all locations on the route.
• Respond to alarm activations, security concerns, and client requests in a timely manner while driving between sites.
• Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports and daily activity logs for each site visited, reflecting high documentation standards.
• Maintain company vehicle in clean, safe operating condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Partner with site leadership and client contacts to maintain a safe, secure environment that reflects GardaWorld's commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required, with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle between multiple sites during a shift.
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
• Proven ability to remain alert and composed throughout long or routine shifts.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, Wednesday - Friday, overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (30 hours per week).
